My experience was by phone. My little chihuahua/min pin was coughing and I needed her to be seen. After speaking with staff, I got a call back. "You can drop her off, we'll do heartworm tests, x-rays, etc etc. The cost will be $600. #1: No way would I do a "drop off" with my fur baby. $2: All these tests were NOT needed. I took my baby to Twain Harte Vet as a walk in. Sweetest staff! She had a complete exam, diagnosis (it was 2 abcessed teeth ) My bill was $78 including her meds and she will have the 2 teeth pulled in a few weeks. Sonora Veterinary Group (in my opinion) was price gouging! I would never recommend them.
