We had an appointment and we’re not sure what to expect but the entire office completely exceeded our expectations. The doctors and nurses were caring and very thorough with their diagnoses. They were able to really give us all our options and helped us find a course of action that best fit our dog. They made a hard situation easy to navigate.

Staff here is the best friendly, fast, knowledgable. Dr. Chang has been amazing treating Dinky since 2 years ago with her low platelet count. Her treatment methods has saved us thousands of dollars. Previous Vet had told us she needed to be taken to an Emergency Hospital for an immediate blood transfusion. Thank you to all of you.

Was able to book an appointment the day before which is extremely helpful due to my erratic work schedule. Doctor took the time to explain treatment options and future steps in detail. Payment for treatment was shown in an itemized layout and gone over thoroughly to ensure I understood each charge before proceeding. Overall I'm happy with the care provided each time I visit.

This is, hands down, the nicest group of vetco employees and doctors in the entire Petco system. I truly felt that they had my cat's health and happiness as their number one priority. I dealt with many other vetco offices over the last few days and I felt disregarded and like a bothersome customer (I'm a nice person I swear). I can tell you that this Vetco is like a warm hug by comparison. Go here. I've been making the drive from downtown LA. It's worth it.

I have only been here twice but I love it here. I came the first time from Hollywood because they are the only ones that had appointments open. They were so nice and I didn't have to wait long that I just had to come back. I came back to get her teeth examined for a future procedure and they were quick and kind.
