How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Wilder Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

I looked up Dr Quinn to find her because she left the hospital that I was going to. I found her and I’m so glad to be back with the #1 vet in Santa Barbara. She is kind, listens, loves her patients and their mom n dads too. Dr Quinn is the Best of all

I live in Solvang and come to Santa Barbara for the excellent care I have received for my two dogs. She is so careful and thorough sensitive to pets and their owners. I couldn't ask for more. She has a great sense of humor, a very highly trained staff and all are incredibly supportive. I once had to put a favorite dog down and she was so great about it. She wants to accommodate the many clients who want an appointment and has recently hired an additional doctor. Hooray! We have followed Dr Quinn and wish her well in her new venture!!

Dr. Quinn has been our vet for years now, and has always been wonderful with our cats and kittens. She is very thorough, kind and caring. I don't ever feel like we're charged for unnecessary procedures or tests. Her move to Wilder Animal Hospital has been awesome - a really great facility with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. So excited to see you grow!

Dr Quinn has looked after our dog, Sunny, and cat, Ginny, for the past three years. She is an excellent veterinarian and extremely thorough. She is also an excellent person! We are so excited for her and her husband, Andy, for starting their new practice at Wilder Animal Hospital. They have created such a cool space and the staff members are so friendly. I would give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
