Amazing people! They helped us to put our beautiful dog down, and were so kind and caring through the whole process! Now I have a kitten that they all LOVE and take pictures of (shoutout to Maango) ❤️ sure they can be understaffed at times, but not everything is perfect. I really appreciate you guys so much.

My cat looked as if her nails were cut after I went in to just get a shot for her. She also had one nail that was bothering her. The Manager has told me since my original complaint that there is no record of her nails being cut. When I checked her claws they were very short, she did not paw at her bed the same, and one was bothering her. I have no proof of any action so I cannot verify what was done. I just don't feel comfortable at this point going to this clinic.

Put you on hold forever Good vet care once you get in. But it's hard to contact them. My dog was sick no appt. For five days
