Dr Labang is excellent at all she does. She is caring and very interactive with me explaining everything. She also follow up. My cat loves her. The staff is wonderful and following suit with Dr Labang. I’m switching to her care because how comfortable they made feel and spent time with me. Dr. Labang is amazing!! My Old English Sheepdog is old and has skin issues, we went to many other veterinarians many times but it was useless, my dog has become inactive and has a bad temper. We visited Petsmart Veterinary Service with the attitude of giving it a try. Dr. Labang examined my dog carefully from diet, skin, if any wounds of the whole body and blood tests nearly one hour, after that she sent me a long email about my dog blood test report summary and treatment plan, including correct diet food, correct grooming shampoo and correct medications. I was so touched even shed tears because no vet is so kind and treat my dog like a human baby. After one month curing, my dog yearlong skin situation disappeared magically, and becomes lively and enjoy running. Many thanks to Dr. Ryan Labang, we believe our dog can live longer and healthier with our family.

Love Dr. Ryan Labang at PetSmart vet service in San Juan Capistrano , Dr. Ryan and her team are very nice and helpful, they take the time to make sure you understand the diagnose and treatment. My dog Chico is very happy.

wow, I just called to make an appointment for a rabies vaccine and they charge $40. More than double the price as most other places. I guess they care only for the wealthier dogs, or for people who enjoy paying 2x the going rate. Doesn't say much for your services when I can get a Rabies shot for $15-$23 elsewhere. RIPOFF!

If you took all the words that have the meaning of awesome, great, kind, caring etc. those would only say a fraction of the staff! I am so impressed with the time Dr. LaBang takes to fully explain everything about my appointment. This how veterinary care was meant be.
