Very good customer service, the doctor here is really nice and takes care of our pets. So far, no bad experiences here are only positive vives. Updat as of 05/15, Goku is back to normal, and he has been released. I can only say thank you very much for all the time, help, and support from Small Animal Care Center team. A happy dog is a happy owner 😊.

I was able to bring my cat in for dropff exam (included in Wellness program), which is the greatest thing. Then Crystal had me wait in lobby rather than my having to leave and return to pick up Duke. She took him back and came back out with him within a few minutes—he had been seen by vet and was ready to go home! What wonderful care! Each of you are excellent, so is Dr. Mercer, and thank you so much!

If you need animal care I would suggest going somewhere else. Steep pricing and the "will not answer there phone" but instead send it in a loop kind of company. It's unfortunate that there are not more options available in the valley. Experience is always a reassuring quality when it comes to your veterinarian who should not have to call for a second opinion especially if your the Dr. And then pass the cost on to the customer. I've seen people push off responsibility because of being unsure of themselves. You really don't need to let your clients see it in motion. Definitely room for improvement instead of line items. Hopefully you'll straighten up instead of treating like an open ATM machine with our loved pets.

The staff is exceptional. They are professional, courteous and everyone has a pleasant, positive attitude. My dogs are well taken care of with kindness.

I've taken my MinPin there for 3 years since her vet in Canyon Lake retired. Super nice facility, caring people, groomers, day care, vet👍Reasonable common sense Dr Jeremy.
