Been coming here since 2018. I totally trust Dr. Johnson . The whole office / staff are wonderful. They make each client feel special. Extremely knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone who asks me about a Vet. It’s 23 miles away from me and worth every mile.

Upon paying for a procedure that cost us $420 in the past was jacked up to $610 WITHOUT any knowledge of a price increase and was NOT informed BEFORE the procedure of any increase. Nor was there any postings of any increases in the office nor was there any mention of a price increase on forms I signed giving authorization for the procedure…… then new owner Amber Oliver (?) and I got into a heated verbal exchange….. then she told me to take all my records and get out! Not at any time did she suggest, or come up with an amicable solution as no mention or knowledge of a price increase was evident or given……. Horrible customer service and business ethics. After 4 years of spending a few thousand on our pet Dill throws us under the bus!!

The staff was very nice and helpful. I liked that I didn't need an appointment for the issue with my dog. Wait, time was acceptable, and the procedure was quick.

Walk-in, with a 4week old kitten. Help him has much as they could. Cost for service was very reasonable. Would recommend.
