The staff is friendly and our labradoodle came back on time and okay. However, the look was completely not what we communicated. We specifically mentioned we liked the way our dog looks and do not want to change that, just trim the smallest extent, maybe a little bit in the eye area if it blocks the view. However our boy came back completely shaved down and the face is unrecognizable! Very disappointed. I hope our boy's hair grows back quickly. Photos showed the before and after.

They are always very welcoming and they really take care of my dog. He comes out looking stellar from his grooming appointment and he's not stressed out at the end of his visit, which has happened at other places. I'll continue to come back and highly recommend them for your dog grooming needs.

amazing place I’ve taken both my senior cat and my dog Nala to get their nails trimmed and they are fast and efficient, they also do a great job!!!!And. they have a Very friendly staff ❤️

I've been taking my cat, Leah, here for a couple of years for grooming. The staff here is kind and efficient. The store is adorable, filled with pet supplies, treats and trinkets. Emily who typically grooms Leah, she absolutely loves animals and your babies are safe here. They all love pets and yours will be treated well.

Bought the best sparkly purple cat collar, looks amazing on our pitch black kitty. The store carries a huge selection of of great pet accessories. Good quality. & Nice staff. The store was small but overall ADA accessible. Street parking is ok.
