Awesome time! Staff were kind and the store was tidy and calm. We brought two dogs for their first bath. The dogs somewhat tolerate bath time, so this raised tub and blow dryer helped us get it done faster. (Doggo was very happy it was over and feeling fluffy on the drive home).It was reasonably priced including 30 mins tub, dryer, shampoo/conditioner, and towels. They were also using some contributions through this weekend to donate to a nonprofit ❤️ Great local pet shop with sweet staff. We also picked up a soft new harness.

everyone in the store are awesome. They’re very helpful especially Sarah. She is the best and you can walk in and they try to get your attention right away. Of course you know they help you out with everything. Have fun. I highly recommend.

I was so excited to find Incredible Pets to help with my regular dog hygiene routine. I wasn't sure how my dog would react to having her teeth cleaned but the results were incredible. She went from pretty rank dog breath to squeaky clean in thirty minutes. Plan to hang around the area because they finish fairly quickly. I was thrilled they were able to do such a detailed cleaning without anesthesia. We will be back soon!

This place is amazing! I stopped by a few weeks ago just to grab some dog bags, and the two guys working were so friendly and helpful in explaining everything they had to offer. When I checked out, they even gave me a bunch of free dog treat samples! This shop is truly a gem, and I’ll gladly support their business over corporate pet stores any day.
