I never knew that telhealth existed for pets until I was in a position that I needed it. Within 30 minutes of searching; I was on a video call with a vet discussing my cat’s condition. My provider was exceptional! Although I was skeptical at first, i was impressed with how she was able to assess my cat with simple checks of his breathing, mouth, and questions. She offered several suggestions and followed up twice afterwards to make sure my fur baby was doing better. This is an amazing service!

Great experience using the telehealth option for my cats tail issue. The vet was knowledgeable, listened to all of my concerns, monitored the cat as I showed her on screen, and gave me a plan for at home care and monitoring. This took no more than 15 minutes, and I received a PDF review and assessment of our call. This was such a great alternative to taking my cat to the vet, which I feel would have put too much stress on her, especially if it wasnt completely necessary. Glad that this is an option I can go to for future pet concerns!!!

Dr Russell has some of the best bedside manner of any vet we have ever met. After we explained that our cat, Willa, has had a series of seizures, she thoughtfully gave us a number of suggestions about how to proceed. We are very grateful we were able to talk to her today.

Dr. Cuevas is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Even my cat Mozzie who isn't feeling the best wanted to say hi during our video appointment. Definitely recommend if you need someone to talk to about your family pet.

8 year old male cat with diabetes diagnosis is a lot to process. Dr. Maja was knowledgeable and thorough in helping me understand what is needed to manage this condition at home. Her follow up was brilliant and she was a pleasure to speak with.
