I am so grateful to Bird and Pet Clinic for the amazing care they provide for my pets. This morning, I brought in my new dachshund, Desha, for her vaccinations. Later in the day, she had a reaction to the shots, which worried me greatly. I called the clinic right away, and they told me to bring her in immediately. As soon as I arrived, the staff took her in without hesitation and cared for her with such professionalism and compassion. The way they treat my pets shows not only medical knowledge but also genuine love and dedication. I have always trusted them with Destiny and Diva, and now with little Desha, my trust has only grown stronger. Thank you to the entire team for your quick response, your kindness, and for always going above and beyond. This is truly outstanding service!

Screw this place. I took my bearded dragon Fred to this clinic because he couldn’t move; he had lost all function in his front legs. I paid over $400 for them to tell me he has scoliosis and that his GI tract is full. And the freaking vet prescribed meds for inflammation. I said, we need to talk about humane euthanasia, the vet was adamantly refusing to do it, said that he would get better. NOT EVEN A WEEK AFTER GETTING ON THIS MEDICINE HE STOPS EATING AND WHEN I TRIED TO GET HIM BACK IN FOR EMERGENCY CARE THE VET OFFERED ME AN IMMEDIATE OPENING IF I COULD MAKE IT AFTER I SAID I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL I WAS OFF WORK. He was dead within a day after this call. I wish I had known better, he died in pain and with the blackest beard I have ever seen on him all the way down his chest. This clinic owes me my money back and the life of my dear baby Fred. Instead of being helpful, the doctor sounded like she had absolutely no idea what to do or say. You guys gave me this medicine and now he’s dead. Email response to their response: Good afternoon, I read your response to my review I posted. What you can do for me is refund my money. After a fecal test(which I didn’t receive the results for), a xray scan, and following the instructions given to a T, he still died within a week. He had no problems besides lack of movement when I took him in, started him on the medication prescribed and within a week severely declined. This is an extremely hard loss for us. Especially the way he died being incredibly distressing to him hence the completely black beard. It’s very unfortunate that your response doesn’t take any responsibility for playing a role in my pets death. The least your company can do is provide me the funds back that I am almost 100% certain killed my pet. And that includes the extra $100 for the tramadol I had to purchase separately. You can refund to the card used on file when I paid. This is the least you can do for me and my grieving 5 year old

First time coming here and we WILL BE BACK!! Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond making us feel at ease and so knowledgeable about our new family member baby May (guinea piggy) we are 59 and 60 so kind of out of the ordinary for us to have a piggy for us and not kids lol first time owners and the staff provided us with so much information to help us be the best piggy parents! Handled our precious May with love and care.

Very polite and explained the process along the way - although my beardie was not happy with me, they did great and will use again

They were very professional and nice overall. They saw me the same day. I was very worried about my parrot. The one thing I really liked is that they discussed treatment options and gave you a sheet so you can make your decision without being pressured. We've all been there. Where they want do 18 different things for an exorbitant amount of money and we all have budgets. They took the time to explain things and made sure that you understood you had control. 🙂
