We were able to get an appointment the next day for our cat who was sick. We waited a bit during the visit, but it was a busy day and we were just happy to be seen. They were very kind and sensitive to our cat’s needs. The doctor was very thorough. In between our appointment, we witnessed the staff helping the other clients swiftly and moving everyone along. They are always kind when you are on the phone with them- even when you are on hold. We personally received a phone call from the doctor with our cat’s lab results. We feel very comfortable with the care of our animals here.

We were able to get a same day appointment for our cat and they didn't charge an extra emergency fee which is unheard of. The staff was very kind and caring. Dr. Bell was amazing with our sweet kitty, he was very calm and thorough. We really liked how he treated our pet.

Great experience with this animal hospital. Our own vet was booked solid-said they couldn’t see our dog until a week later for an emergency! Rocklin Road was able to see our dog very quickly. Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, they really helped to make a stressful situation manageable. Would definitely recommend.

I love Rocklin Road Animal Hospital. From the minute you walk in with your furry animal, the staff greets you and the warmth and true care from all is apparent. It took me 3 different facilities until I finally found a great fit. Rocklin Road Animal Hospital is my forever Veterinarian clinic and hospital for my dogs care.
