The majority of our 6 cats & 2 dogs have been going to VCA & have been on their Care Club plans since they were kittens/puppies & all are adults & a senior. The staff is empathic, supportive, inclusive & knowledgeable & the clinic is conveniently located. Unless we move out of the area, we have no plans to go to any other vet.

We have been bringing our pets here for over 20 years,and we have gone through some very painful points in our lives when we have had to say our fairwells to our beloved animals.We have always been able to get whatever service we needed with our animals.We remember when there was a huge LIVE HAWK on a perch up high above the front desk on the railing.I thought that was super cool.I will say that vet service is not cheap,so be prepared to bring your debit card,as I have never left there without paying at least $100. I guess that is just the way it is.That being said, I am a satisfied with the service at Crestwood and would continue to use them.

“Unfortunately, this clinic does not treat emergency cases and will refer pets to other cities if urgent care is needed. Without a scheduled appointment, they are unable to see your pet—even during emergencies. It’s heartbreaking because you never know when your fur baby may suddenly take a turn for the worse, and with appointments often booked months out, families are left facing impossible choices while trying to get their pets the care they need.”

Went here back in February. They took my baby and cremated him for me. The lady even walked out to take him from me, consoled me and told me he'd be in great hands. The urn he returned in, with the plaster paw print have helped me heal. He is home and it's thanks to them. They are the friendliest and most compassionate people I've met the few times I've been here. Thank you 🩶
