All in all, modern animal at Pasadena is AMAZING. I had my Shabu’s first exam and preventive care today, Dr. Lam was so kind and patient…also he provided valuable information on how to choose right cat food for Shabu..also, the nurse was helpful and nice as well. It’s a such nice and quiet place…it’s really important for cats because they are easily get scared! Thumbs up!

Had great experiences at their West Hollywood location. This location, the vet did not listen and tried to charge me over $1200 for labs and test that had NOTHING to do with why I was in there. The nurse/technician ended up giving me better advice when the vet left the room. When trying to solve the matter with staff, because they act like they care and want to help, but even they stopped responding. Still trying to resolve issues with my cat and would love to have a very here in Pasadena, but this place is not it.

Took my GS for a second option, as I kept getting disappointed with the service at Banfield. Wish I would have joined them a long time ago. Was so happy that I added my cat. They are helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. Our dog and cat are always handled in a very caring fashion. They answer your questions at night & on weekends! They explain everything and follow up to see how our dog or cat is doing. Thank you everyone at Modern Animal!

Excellent service! Fast and friendly. They didn't have me waiting around for long. Dr was very knowledgeable and able to efficiently provide care for my dog Chloe. A little on the pricey side. Won't visit unless I absolutely have to do to the cost.

Modern Animal is amazing. The front desk had me back with the technician super quickly she was kind, friendly, and overall a welcoming vibe. The technician were incredibly knowledgeable, and kind. They treated my dog Moose with the utmost respect and made him feel comfortable and safe when administering him his vaccines.
