Preventive care

Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance

Truly the best clinic I have ever step foot in. All the techs here are super friendly and my favorite vet is Dr. Brown. She was there for me when I had to sadly put down my cat and has been so helpful and empathetic with me and my new cat who has a heart condition. She is so patient with me and my thousands of questions and takes the time to always call and answer each question and educate me. I will never go to another vet. Peach and I love Dr. Brown and the staff here!

Vets are well trained and helpful. Front desk ladies are mostly nice, they can never seem to figure out who to call to tell me about my cats though. Some sound condescending on the phone too. Won't be coming back.

Our cat started to have problems with her hair and skin, and started laying in her litter box. First visit the cat care clinic requested a series of tests ($800+), advsd if they were all negative, on the 2nd visit we would rule out the food. All tests came back negative and on the 2nd visit, instead of ruling out food, they tried to insist on a 2nd series of tests ($500+). We reminded them they said we should rule out food first, they tried to insist on more testing. We politely refused. When checking out, they tried to sell us their food? Anyway, we went to a new vet, who suspected our cat was having an allergic reaction to her food, suggested we switch it to an alternative protein food. No tests, no trying to sell us anything. Our cat is now perfectly healthy.

Very well educated on cats, extremely helpful, checked every inch of Kit Kat, ( my 2 very old babies) gave options and choices. Unfortunately the more pricey of vets around, however you get what you pay for. I greatly want to bring in my 3rd cat to have his sneezing issue fixed, but I will need to save up for it. if you can afford it, it’s the best place to take your cat to.
