People here are very nice. However, the whole system is very disorganized. When we initially came in, the receptionist told us one thing. Then the nurse called an hour later told us something else. And when we picked him up, we were given a paper chart that explained something entirely different. I'm sure they took good care of our Simba. But it just made the whole process seem less trustworthy.

Just want to say a big thank you to Dr. Singer and the wonderful staff at Banfield in Orange. Our regular Banfield was closed due to COVID and it was our sweet Lexi's time to say goodbye. They were so accomodating and compassionate through the whole thing. We were allowed to be with her and say our goodbyes. Thank you so much for making her last moments as peaceful as possible. ❤️

Took my 2 cats in recently for a first visit and general exam. Staff is very patient, kind, and caring. Roz and Cary at the front desk are so nice and go over everything thoroughly. My older cat had to have more done than what we thought and they took great care of her and made sure she was comfortable. Also, their wellness plans are wonderful, Roz and Cary did a great job explaining the plans to us. I trust Banfield with my babies and will definitely keep going there!

I had to unfortunately put my dog to sleep and the people at Banfield Pet Hospital were very caring and considerate to me and my family and dog. Very professional and sympathetic beyond my expectations. My regular veterinarian wouldn't even let us be in the same room with our dog during the procedure. Everyone at Banfield was awesome and caring,they didn't rush us saying goodbye to him. It was a sad day but they were comforting and respectful during the process.
