Dr. Jackson is the BEST!!!! We followed Dr. Jackson to this location when she moved from our previous vet. She is so compassionate and knowledgeable. She did everything she could to save our little guy Blackjack but sadly he was just too sick. The last week Blackjack was alive she was out of the office but responded to our emails all week long with direction and help. She is really amazing and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her. You are lucky to have a Vet that cares so much like she does. Thank YOU Dr. Jackson. You are amazing!

Outstanding! I was able to make an appointment online. My first visit was curbside and Dr. Jackson was amazing. She came outside and spoke to me at my vehicle and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. She is super knowledgeable about my specific dog breed (Dalmatian). For my second visit, I got to go inside and the hospital is beautiful and so clean. I watched a staff member clean the exam room and she did an amazing job. She even wiped down the fronts of the cupboards! Dr. Murphy was very kind and took good care of my puppy. I highly recommend this facility and their doctors and team.

I’m so grateful to have found this clinic. I’ve called three other places before I called OC Pet Clinic, and Sara was the only one who told me that they may try putting a muzzle on a dog that is anxious instead of giving it anesthesia. When we finally got to meet Dr Jackson, she asked if my dog behaves better with or without me around, and when I said without, she quickly and skillfully took my dog to the back room away from my sight and was able to give him the vaccine within minutes. This is incredible because his prior vet had recommended anesthesia for future visits because he was too anxious. Thank you Sara and Dr. Jackson for the love and professionalism that you have expressed. We’re definitely going back to see you again.
