How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Valley Lyons Veterinary Hospital

Preventive care

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Absolute best experience I’ve had. I took my elderly miniature poodle in due to seizures. Nothing could’ve been done so I had to make the decision to put my Princess to sleep. The whole experience was amazing to say the least. From check-in to Check-out the staff was so compassionate and understanding. Special thanks to Dr. De La Torres for helping me with everything. I truly appreciate you all.

I went here after a string of horrible emergency vet visits elsewhere (all creatures😬😬😬 ) for my cat being blocked. Valley Lyons was recommended to me by a friend. They are most knowledgeable and kind people I've met. The Vet was PHENOMENAL.. I can't even begin to say how grateful I was for her experience and passion for her job. She figured out in less then 15 minutes what all the other places couldn't over the last 4 days. And now my baby is recovering. The vet tech was very kind and helpful and the front staff was amazing. I've found my forever vet. Don't look anywhere else, just bring your fur babies here. They're in good hands

BEWARE THEY DO NOT CORRECTLY EVALUATE/DIAGNOSE PETS. not sure how they are even operating when they fail to do their only job of keeping pets healthy THEY DON'T HAVE GOOD INTENTIONS AT HEART PLEASE TAKE THIS REVIEW AS A SIGN TO NOT GO HERE PLEASE!! took dog in for overall check up and from the beginning it did not seem like the doctor or staff were well trained compared to other vets. overall friendly though so i gave a benefit of the doubt. however the doctor ( unfortunately forgot the name will edit in if remembered) definitely seemed to not do a thorough inspection and i had big doubts. unfortunately, i was right, as after going to my regular, trusted vet for another standard check up they found an issue which went unnoticed by the doctors here smh. THIS VET DID THE EXACT SAME ROUTINE OF A CHECK UP THEY DID AT MY TRUSTED VET AND DID NOT FIND ANY PRESENT ISSUES. please please don't jeopardize your pets health by going here they are not experienced enough or care enough to find health issues!!! i want to spread awareness- just a concerned pet owner who wants to warn others please avoid this place and keep your pets safe!

Got two knee surgeries for my pup, and the staff here were fantastic. After my dogs first CCL year, we shopped around for the right treatment. I found Valley Lyons, and found that they were much more affordable compared to every other vet in Los Angeles. He ended up tearing both knees within two years, and they handled both surgeries. He’s been healed from his last surgery for almost 2 years now. Although he has some arthritis creeping up, you’d never know he went through two knee surgeries. I’m forever thankful they could bring him back to his energetic and bouncy self.

Valley Lyons Pet Hospital has been amazing to both my fur babies Buttercup and Sweet Pea. The staff is so friendly and professional. It is very easy to make an appointment for any service. My fur babies feel comfortable there and that's a big plus. I have taken them to other vets before I found Valley Lyons , and we were not comfortable at all. Dr. Garha is amazing. He explains everything and is very kind and understanding. Buttercup had dental surgery recently, and she healed so well and is so energetic and back to her normal self. I would never go anywhere else. There are many vets to choose from, but I am very happy with Valley Lyons and my vet. I would highly recommend for any service, from basic check ups to major surgery, they are professional and kind. The prices for service is very reasonable and affordable. Having 2 fur babies can get expensive, but the prices and service that they provide is unbeatable! Thank you so much to the staff and Dr. Garha for the wonderful service that you provide!
