Very caring and compassionate staffs. They really took their time to listen and observe, our dog is 15-year old and has multiple issues, but they narrowed down to couple potential causes, prescribed an antibiotic treatment, and thank goodness our senior dog has gotten better!! I also like that they have separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs! Definitely keep every animal calm in this setting.

This is a wonderful family-owned small business. The staff and doctors here are kind, organized people who take time to talk with me about my my neurotic rescue dog, and treat her gently. They also give good advice over the phone, which is key when said dog starts barfing while we are on a weekend getaway. Their prices are reasonable and they don’t try to sell you treatments and prescriptions you don’t need. This business is a gem!

Highly Recommended! Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Took my kitty cat for a check up. We had a great experience with Dr. Ian Kidd. He is highly knowledgeable, patience, and thoroughly answered all my questions. He was very gentle and made my kitty feel safe and comfortable. I'm happy to know we are in very good hands for years to come!
