My experience at Millbrae was nothing but excellent. My cat and I came in for an urgent need, and all the staff and Dr. Magrey were both understanding and caring. We came home reassured, and I would definitely recommend this clinic.

If your pet does need surgery and an examination of what is wrong, I strongly advise against sending it here! My dog got more damage from a butt surgery! Later, the doctor in this store made a wrong judgment and an astronomical price! Stay away from this store if your pet needs good treatment and care...…

My two dogs and cat are new to this practice and we like the doctor and staff very much. It was easy to get an appointment and I feel that the doctor listens to my concerns and acts on them appropriately. The staff are very friendly and efficient.
