I have used this facility for over 10 years. Staff and dr are always friendly. They remember my pet and treat them like family.

This vet has made multiple mistakes. One of my cats when they put down they forgot to give me her hair. They also put down my other cat and made us spend thousands without proper treatment. They have now retaliated against my mother who has been going to this vet for probably 20+ years… because I went to the California veterinary board and informed them about there mistakes so they could grow and become better

Update: They have taken care of all our cats. Now with the addition of mama Zoey and her 4 babies, they will be healthy and happy. I do like the fact that the doctors administered all the shots and medication. Thank you Dr. Franz

I tried to make an appointment for my cat. The person told me I would be considered a new client even though we’ve been there plenty of times and he couldn’t be seen because they don’t even have availability for their own clients.
