How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Boulevard Veterinary Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

The doctors and staff are friendly and understand how our pets and ourselves feel when we bring one of our dogs in for whatever. They show compassion and breakdown what's necessary to make your pet feel better and go over their health plan prior to moving forward.

The front office very kind. Dr. Zuker absolutely fabulous and his assistant too. Did a thorough check up Very loving and warm to my doggie Sonny. Made him feel at home. Just FYI to make an appointment you need to pay $65 up front. Only for a doctor visit. Shots are walk ins during morning hours $16 a shot.

Took my GSD to get spayed dropped her off at 8:30am and picked her up at 2pm. Staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and very affordable! The Dr. was able to answer all my questions.

My experience only! I thought the people there were pretty darn nice. I felt like they actually cared about my furry friend. I will definitely keep them. The place was clean. It smelled clean. Those folks there, do care. You can tell. Even though this is by no means the closest Veterinarian to me, I am definitely sticking with Boulevard Animal Hospital.

Going to Clinic discount times often is packed, but today was easy breezy in and out. Everyone patient and friendly except one clerk seems to be bothered by my questions. Poor older gentleman waiting to get checked out with his huge dog, the same clerk has no empathy for him to try to balance making payment and keeping his dog under control. Dog eventually gets loose. Now clerk shows worries.
