Easy scheduling, relatively easy check-in and pick up. They charge $110 for a cat spay or neuter. Dogs are by weight. I wasn't too thrilled that they use ketamine, and that my kitties were really out of it for a couple of days, but they healed up fairly well and seem to be doing okay now.

Great communications. Answers calls before opening in the morning to help with directions. See website and use Maps to help. Otherwise opens at 8 AM.

This place is an absolute miracle in helping with feral cat populations. We worked with Motherlode Feral Cat Alliance, and I can't say enough good things about them and Second Chance. So far, I've taken in 5 cats who all came out wonderfully healthy and happy. The staff is fantastically kind and helpful. We cannot thank this organization enough for all they're doing.
