I have been dealing with Hercules pet clinic off & on for the past maybe seven years. anytime I need help. I can always count on the staff at 1511 sycamore Avenue suite B. Staff is very warm and helpful the other day my dog (Wilbur’s) who receives flea medication / check ups at the Vet clinic was losing Consciousness he was having a hard time breathing - lifeless on the floor. I grabbed him took him to Hercules clinic. Today in am in a “much better” space because of the Hercules pet clinic. They saved my dogs life. I’m grateful.. “QUINCEE”🤩. Thank🙏🏽you so so very much! for calling me today to make sure Wilbur was on a good path, Thank you so much Staff at HPC♥️💐💐💐

Have been our clan’s go-to clinic for the past 3 yrs! Started with my first baby and now all 4 of them 💙🧡💚🩵 Appreciate the admin team for always supporting us with appointments and paperwork alike. Have seen different vets at the practice, but just after 1 recent appointment, we know we love Dr. Orellana! Moving forward, we hope to continue our appointments with her ✨ Last but not least, Quincee has been awesome with send-offs 🥰 thank you so much for always loving and caring my babies! — Yumi P.S. The fact that they take Trupanion direct payment assures my mind for major illnesses and emergencies during weekdays. For weekends, the emergency hospital with Trupanion direct is in Concord.

I’ve been going to Hercules Pet Clinic since I adopted my girl, Mango at 6mos. She’s 4.5yrs now! We’ve seen a few vets but we love Dr. Orellana! I mean honestly, we love Quincee and the whole staff! They’re the best! Believe it or not, my pup loves going because she knows she’ll get all the love, belly rubs, and treats 😅 Thank yall for loving on my girl and taking care of us, when we come by!

We’ve been taking our dog to the Hercules Pet Hospital (veterinary clinic) for the past few years. We have always found the doctors and staff to be cheerful, caring and extremely good at their jobs. We can tell that the entire staff loves animals because of how they interact with them. Additionally, we’ve been impressed by how quickly we’ve been able to get vet appointments - usually the same day! Keep up the great work!

So I received an email from Beth the manager and I’m really surprised. She had no conversation with me and goes on to terminate the relationship I have with this clinic. I always ask questions about how much and what’s the appointments are for and when I get there, no one is on the same page. There were times I came in and they said I have no appointment. There were times I’ve called and was told they didn’t know how much the appointment would be. My dog has also been scolded and she literally suffers from anxiety, as do I. I don’t even yelp after every visit. Why is Beth retaliating against me for advocating for myself and my dog?? I find it very hard to find good work ethic and empathetic employees these days and Beth just proved me right. People do not care. I’m very hurt and disappointed in this clinic and I just want my dog to have the best care. Why am I wrong to want that??? Seems very unfair especially when I communicate everything. So I continue to go here because of the location. I always hope for the staff to know what they’re doing. I hate that I feel that way. I was serious when I said Quincy is the only saving grace and she made me feel supported when I left today and then Beth fires me And my dog. WOW. What a way to feel good about my dogs vet. I would love to hear from Beth’s higher up’s bc this isn’t right and it feels abusive to be honest.
