I am always pleased to come to this office, because they always have a same day appointment whenever I have an urgent matter that cannot wait for my local vet to have an available spot. Dr. Cho is very knowledgeable and always thoroughly explains his recommendations. Eduardo and the other young lady are also very professional and courteous. I recently lost a beloved pet, and I was very pleased in how they handled the situation right away to have her cremated. I am very thankful that I was able to have my pet family member handled in this place with such empathy and care.

Today was the second visit to Ciel. I used to drive far to a vet in Santa Monica where I’d been taking my fur baby since she was a puppy but then in May I really had to find a vet nearby. I’m so glad to find Dr. Cho at Ciel, he’s always super thorough and knowledgeable, like he knows what he’s talking about. Compared to the vet I used to visit the cost the exam and tests makes a lot more sense as well. And one of the best part is I can make an appointment the same day if I call them in the morning. I strongly believe Dr. Cho is a vet you can trust for your fur baby’s health.

This is the best place around! Dr. Cho and his staff are amazing. They are gentle, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I brought my fur babies here and wasn’t charged an arm and a leg for extra tests and procedures. I was given options that were honest, fair, and reasonably priced. Dr. Cho is excellent at explaining and teaching you about your pet’s condition. He will show you pictures on his computer and walk you through the condition your pet is struggling with. He spends as much time as you need and will answer all your questions. Dr Cho spot on and knows his stuff. I also cannot say enough about Eduardo, the technician. He is so patient and understanding. He is also very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend this place highly!

Truly an excellent place to take your pet! They are very organized and helpful. Their rooms are always super clean as well. Now to the good stuff, I feel that this is a very affordable place. They do not just pile up a bunch of stuff. Everything they add/have done has a rhyme or reason. If you don’t think it’s necessary, you can just ask them to remove whatever it is. Nevertheless, the vet and the assistants have very good judgment about what is going on with your pet. They take their time to explain to you everything and they are always very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

If you're looking for an extremely clean office with a thorough staff and doctor, this is the place for you. Came in for a health problem my dog had and Dr. Cho explained everything in great detail which is very hard to come by these days. The office gave us options with pricing which I thought were more than fair. Everyone was very friendly and I can't wait to come back. This place is a real gem.
