I had to recently put my best friend down do to distemper. The staff here were more helpful, kind, caring, and knowledgeable then I could have ever asked for. Thank you so much for everything you guys did for Toast it means the world to me!

Great for routine care! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The scale is in the lobby if you need to weigh your pet. Not for emergencies, go off post to Victorville or Apple Valley for that. Keep in mind that, like every other business on post, they don’t have a huge staff so aren’t always available to answer the phone the first time you call.

The people here are so friendly. My husband and I needed to register our dogs and we got there during lunch time. We were waiting outside only like 5 minutes for them to reopen but they came over and let us in early because they didnt want us sitting in the heat. One of the vets got some water for our pups and was giving us so many tips for our dogs since we had just come from kansas. They registered our dogs before their lunch was even over. Such a wonderful experience with them!

made an appointment at 11 to pick up my dogs medication, went at 11 and was told to come on time bc they closed at 12. waited 45 minutes outside being 12 weeks pregnant. they were rude over the phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND only there for convenience. horrible service.
