When I had to put my baby to rest, they were so amazing and kind during the process. They gave my family and I time to say goodbye and treated me and my baby with so much respect. The staff were patient, kind and understanding. Would definitely recommend to others for their quality of service.

When can we do zero stars google??? Ive been coming to this place for way to long. Pretty much for convince. Well, they pointed me in the right direction, Go to Encanto Animal Hospital in Montery Park i was told because we wont have time for your bleeding dog. Someone that used to work here broke away and started her own facility that actually cares and is run properly. I was so tired of the meat counter first come first come service for my dog/friend. Yes, you can take your animal that is dying and they may not be able to see you today. Let's open 8-12 close for an hour start again at 1 and close at 4!!! Four hour shifts..... and closed on the weekends! This business is rigged for money. Peace out! Go to Encanto and its only a few miles away and they have treats for your dogs up front.
