We have chickens who are our pets. Sadly, a dog got to one of them. The ladies got us right in. They were all very friendly, caring and sensitive. Goldie (our chicken) was to bad to save. I praise everyone in the office. They were very nice to us. Thank you. You made it a little easier to say goodbye.

Dr. Smith has been gentle and loving with my little lovebird everytime we have gone to see her. For annual checkups and an egg binding, she has been patient, caring, and very knowledgeable. I am extremely mindful of who I take my animal companions to for care and I trust Dr. Smith's loving nature and obvious experience. She truly cares for the birds as well as their human caretakers.

Dr. Smith and Melody were very caring and showed compassion. This is the only vet I trust. They were also kind enough to let me come in during closing hour, so I feel so bad. I’m sure you all were very tired but still displayed kindness, understanding, and professionalism. Price is also very reasonable as mentioned in other reviews but I don’t mind paying more because they go above and beyond, high qualitative care and took very good care of my precious bird. There are no avian vets like you. It’s truly an honor to receive your help. Thank you so much for your knowledge, your help, and your wonderful customer service. I felt very comforted today and my bird is getting better all thanks to you!
