Horrible horrible horrible. Our cat is usually fine with vets, we picked him up and they informed us he had peed in his carrier. We took him out and he was soaked head to toe in pee, and when we asked they said he had been in his own pee for 2 or 3 hours. Completely unprofessional and horribly handled. How can pet specialists let a cat sit in his own pee for 3 hours and not even attempt to help him. Don't bring your pet here, borderline abuse. Every employee here should be barred from handling animals

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vet was very knowledgeable about how to treat my dog. And they respected my situation and did their best to accommodate me.

Make sure u reply the appointment message , or they will give your appointment time to other who call them on the day. So don’t know what the point to make the appointment. Never happen before.

The vets and staff seem to be doing their utmost to attend to the pets. Banfield is always busy. Suggest you make an appointment before you come. This clinic shares the place with PetSmart, very convenient for pet parents.
