First visit with my little Jack after having a very bad experience with another vets office after 4 years. The difference is like night and day. The office staff were very friendly and personable. Loved that all of them called my Jack "little friend", even the vet he saw. Made me smile. The vet was thorough and listened to my concerns and came up with a plan that worked for me. They even followed up the next day to see how my little Jack was doing. We lost our little Morgan on 12/15/2025 🌈 so glad we found a great vets office for our littleJack!

My cat, Foster, and I both love Dr. Duran! Dr. Duran has been Foster's vet since 2016 when he was 5 weeks old. We have seen her pretty much every year since then, and followed her to Waterhouse when we figured out that she was no longer at her previous location. Everyone at Waterhouse is very professional and nice to us. They treat my cat with gentleness and kindness. I like that they have separate entrances for cats and dogs, as this seems to be less stressful for the cats. I always bring Foster's stuffed panda to our appointments and Dr. Duran "checks" him too, so Foster can "write" a blog post about his yearly checkup and shots. I have recommended Waterhouse to my friends and will continue to do so.

My Yorkshire Terrier, Jingles is 11 years old. Dr Wilkins at Waterhouse Pet Hospital takes the best care of her! She takes her time when we come in for a visit and explains everything to me!

Love this vet, they just care so much about my animals. I feel at ease leaving my animals with the techs knowing they're in good hands. They are so professional and kind. I appreciate the the level of care they took to make sure my nervous dog wasn't getting too stressed out. I can't say enough great things about Waterhouse!

Dr. Duran and her staff are so caring in taking care of my Doggers. She is so sweet with my dogs and they feel comfortable with her. She is considerate of my budget, but yet she educates me so I can make a good decision vs. telling me what I must do. In the past she was also very understanding with my nervous dog and gave me instructions for premedication before vet visit- No vet has ever done anything like that. I’ve had awful experiences with other vets. I recommend them.
