Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Dogs are very helpful and staff is always nice. They take care of our fur babies when ever we have a problem or even a question.

Our experience here was amazing. From the care to the price. Our Lily was loved here and they cared for her as much as we do. If you're looking for an amazing team to care for your babies come here as a first choice, you won't regret it.

Update 6/23/14: All veterinarian office are about making lots of money and that's just a fact of life these days. Taking that into consideration I found little difference in this vet vs another vet. This time I let them know up front I am on lunch from work and they were more mindful of my time. The veterinarian also provided me with a concrete strategy with how to treat the dog. The veterinarian was Dr. Gil and he is a master of his craft. I am changing my review to 5 stars based on my interaction with Dr. Gil and them being considerate of my time. Original: 1-Star I had an appointment, I show up 15 minutes early. I was put in a room to see the Veterinarian and 30 minutes pass. I go to the front and they say the Veterinarian was late and it's going to be anther 15 minutes. Armstrong Pet Hospital is not giving me something for free, I am in fact paying a great deal of money for vet service, and as a customer I should have been told upon arrival that I was going to have an excessively long wait time. If they could not tell me on arrival they could have told 15 minutes into the appointment. I had to take my lunch break from work to take my pet to this appointment and it's obvious they don't value my time. They did nothing to fix this situation.

Hot or miss with doctors. There are bad vets who display poor customer service. During my visit, the vet didn’t know the two reasons why we were there despite holding our file. Didn’t bother to tell me results or solutions for one problem. For my other problem, the vet didn’t even bother examining my dog. He only made a guess, said it’s probably normal, and gave my dog an injection. Also, for the second problem, just kept encouraging me to buy a probiotic and actually included it in the bill without me approving. I had to ask for it to be removed. The cherry on top is that the vet seemed in a rush to leave; “door knob doctors” are some of the worst. If you decide to go to this vet, don’t be shy to make sure you get a reasonable evaluation for your money. It may not be the best news, but it shouldn’t be poorly conducted like my experience. There are good doctors here but I didn’t get one of them today.
