I really appreciate the friendly, knowledgable staff, including Lauren and Madison. And Dr. Sanchez has been so helpful, being thorough to look back through Charlie's records to get the bigger picture and reach an informed diagnosis for his cough. I am thankful for her sensible and methodical approach for how to treat Charlie, and for her wisdom and experience. I also appreciate that she listened and respected my preferences for holistic treatments where possible, but also knew when to pull in traditional treatments. She made me feel like we are a team. Charlie is feeling and acting better. I'm hopeful that the plan of action we've agreed upon will bring him to a new level of continued health.

Where do I even began. This is the worst animal hospital! If you care about your pet, BEWARE ⚠️ do not bring your pet here! They lie and give you one price and then turn around and hike up the price. Adding on other things saying, that they have to do. We trusted them with our puppy. They charged us $795 for the first visit, x-rays and a wrapping. He needs surgery, so in the meantime we took him back for a wrap change. They had him back there for over 2 hours and told us one price. I sat and waited, got hungry and left to grab a bite. I couldn't get out the parking lot good, they were calling adding more money on to the orginal quote. I immediately turned back because I was so disgusted that they were trying to get more money out of me. When I walked in, I could hear my puppy crying. When I got him from out of there ,he immediately went to the bathroom. They had him just sitting back there and wouldn't even take him to the bathroom. This place is all about MONEY 💰 they could care less about your pet and what happens to it. Take your pet somewhere that really cares like, Chino Animal hospital. They let you know up front what they can and cannot do for your pet. They don't just see you as a checkbook.

Staff seems knowledgeable, well trained and can articulate their care plans and procedures well. Facilities are clean and well-kept. Seem to genuinely care about their patients. Caught and treated a health issue for my dog that was either missed or may never have been identified by our previous vet. Grateful for being able to catch the issue and treat it!

Thank you for helping me take such good care of Elmer Fudd, my rabbit. Dr. Noland and your entire staff are friendly, professional and compassionate when it comes to his care. I am very appreciative of the steps taken to help him feel better from his digestive issues. He has bounced back, no pun intended, and is a happy rabbit once again!
