If you are looking for Old School customer service….. I strongly encourage you to fill your prescriptions at Cayucos Pharmacy. There is always a kind helpful voice when I call with issues and an automated system for convenience too. Plus they are very timely making compounds and shipping. Yesterday I learned that I neglected to update Cayucos Pharmacy with my new mailing address. I felt transported by time machine to 1970 when Angela knocked on my door, in AG….hand delivering my box of prescriptions!!! Because of Angela’s extra efforts, I did not have to go at night without my medication. This is service you just don’t find in 2023.

I needed a gift during the time when all the stores were closed due to the virus, and Jennifer brought out a selection of gifts for me, a pair of gloves so I could open them and look at each one, then she went inside and rang up my purchase and gift-wrapped it beautifully. When she brought the gift back to me, she gave me a new very comfortable mask as well. I really appreciate the great customer service during a stressful time. UPDATE 8/15/2023: The past three times I've had prescriptions filled here were frustrating experiences. They have taken days longer than I was told, and then yesterday I opened a new prescription to find two different colored capsules mixed together in the bottle. Of course I had to return to the pharmacy where I received a brief explanation and they removed half of the capsules. Now I have to make another trip to pick up the corrected prescription. But more importantly, what might have happened if this prescription had been taken incorrectely because of the pharmacy's mistake with the capsule colors? Human error aside, I received not one word of apology for their mistake which could have had disastrous results.

I got my HRT meds there for the first time. The lady at the register was very pleasant and the pharmacist was also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The store is small and loaded with touristy fluffy trinkets, which i found a little offputting.

I'm super impressed with Cayucos Pharmacy. Thank you for your personalized service. My medications were sent someplace else, as UPS messed up big time. I was had a 1 day supply left. The friendly staff promised over-night delivery. I was so surprised when the doorbell rang, and there was Hannah with my prescription. I live in Santa Maria, so it was a major drive to deliver this. Thank you so much for your dedication & quality services. I don't believe CVS or any other big pharmacy has ever done that for me!!

Such a professionally run operation - you would think that it's in the big city. Nope, this pharmacy represents the pride of Cayucos so well. Friendly and fast service with an excellent selection of OTC needs and gifts for every occasion - all year long. Angela and Greg have and continue to do a great job here. I haven't had to use their delivery service yet as I so enjoy actually going to the store. Keep up the great work. I will be back!
