This morning I spoke with Sabrina and she took amazing care of my appointment scheduling for my dog Sammy. She was patient thorough and gave me multiple options. She also was gracious enough to transfer important x-rays to her location in order to get me with the right doctor! Awesome customer service highly recommend this location

We just had a very positive experience here. Something was wrong with our Rottweiler and we were able to come in day of and be seen. A full exam and plenty of time listening & nothing unnecessary was pushed on us. $89 out the door for peace of mind.

Had an appointment today to get my dog updated for shots for needed training. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance and my dog was prescribed sedatives due to her being a reactive dog. This vet appointment was needed for her training and I described my dog’s behavior prior to making the appointment. Day of appointment and my dog is on sedatives as prescribed and they called to cancel my appointment saying they were too busy and didn’t have that slot available. Extremely unprofessional as the person did not offer available times for a future appointment. When asked for availability for today they simply said they would be too busy. So I put my dog on sedatives for nothing. I do not trust them with care of my dog anymore. When asked why they agreed to schedule my appointment and then cancel the day off, they only said that they can’t control how busy they are. So they just didn’t want to honor the agreed appointment time.

Signed up for an appointment at 8am for a new visit but when I got to the location they cancelled me on the spot. Terrible service, if you’re going to offer schedule appointments on your website, be sure to define that new patients are not allowed instead of allowing them to sign up. Tried to give Banfield a try but the truth be told, the rumors about this company stands. Lousy and distasteful.

I reached out to this location for help with a billing issue with my Wellness Plan, and their receptionist, Robin, hung up on us 3 times. I was never able to talk to a manager, nor anyone else, because Robin kept hanging up on us. Incredibly unprofessional and rude, Robin has no business working in this industry. Huge let down after being a Banfield customer for over 10 years.
