I spent a week up by Blue Lake and my dog showed signs of a bladder infection. I called all the vets in Bishop trying to make a same-day appointment. Despite being fully booked, Dr. Chong’s assistant kindly offered to check with Dr.Chong to see if she could work us in. She could! I so appreciate that extra customer service and TLC toward my dog. I would definitely make Dr. Chong and the Mountain View Animal Hospital my go-to vet if I lived here!

I took my chi-weeny to Mountain View Animal Hospital as we were in town visiting family and she was having a health issue that needed immediate attention. They took us within a matter of 3 days and treated her ever so gently with great care. I couldn't have asked for better service from the staff and the vet.

Dr. Chong and her assistants were very helpful and informative. They cared for my Bambi with empathy and compassion. Their emergency efforts were greatly appreciated but unfortunately he passed from complications. Thank you so very much, I am truly grateful. Becky Brown ~
