Such disappointing experiences under the new ownership. The old owner, Dr. Glover, and her staff were amazing, and had us coming back for years. The new management and staff are quite unfriendly and the new waiting room is so sterile and unwelcoming. The front desk staff don't talk to you and you are left sitting there forever, even if you have an appointment. Not to mention that they don't seem to realize that you can hear them talking about you and your pet when you're sitting in the exam room. We were excited to come back under the new ownership, but after the past few appointments, we're sad to say that we may not come back.

Shout out to Dr. Niu and Dr. Sanfilippo for the care they provided to our cat Willow! We visited Arcadia Animal Hospital on their first day of reopening, and the upgrades made there are phenomenal! I highly recommend to every pet parent for wellness care but also when your pet is sick

The entire staff at Arcadia Small Animal Hospital are truly amazing! Really Care! (Doctors & Office Staff alike). Very kind, extremely compassionate & rates are very cost friendly. Office staff make you feel like family more than clients. Dr. Glover is wonderful. She has treated all of my fur babies for over 20 + years. Our boy Duke was suffering from an extremely painful abscessed tooth that our vet over here in Havasu didn't feel comfortable about removing. I contacted Dr. Glover, she immediately responded telling me that Dr. Klaus would be the doctor for the job. I scheduled an appointment. Dr. Klaus carefully & thoroughly explained the surgical procedures & aftercare plan for Duke plus he was very patient to answer all of our questions & concerns. Arcadia also let us board him overnight so that Dr. Klaus could perform dentistry early the next morning. Duke came through with flying colors & after a few weeks was acting like a pup again playing with his chew toys. Our sincere thanks to Dr. Klaus he is an exceptional vet & his top notch dental assistant, the entire staff & last but definitely not least Dr. Diane Glover a guardian angel to all of our fur babies. Zoe had a painful dental problem. She was turned down by dental specialists because of her age. I made an appoint with one of the doctors who has given me good, straight forward advice. I thought I should choose euthanasia if she could not be treated. I was surprised to find out Dr. Fees, Dr. Glover and Dr Park along with Dental Tech Specialist Marni wanted to try a new procedure rather than have to let go of my beloved Zoe. The surgery went quickly and was so successful that Zoe was eating and playing and being her incredibly cuddly self in less 5han 24 hours after surgery. THANK YOU to everyone at Arcadia Small Animal Hospital who blessed me with a miracle. And Thank You to Front Desk Maria who is beyond kind and competent.

The doctors here are excellent. We have brought all our animals here for a few years and are completely satisfied with the service they provide. Dr Glover is extremely knowledgeable and is very compassionate with the pets. She took excellent care of my oldest dog until we helped him cross the rainbow bridge. I received follow up calls checking on his progress and when she did further research on his condition. The front office staff are all lovely, friendly, and helpful.
