Dr. Johnson and staff were so friendly and hard working! They were very accommodating to everyone. It was nice to see how much they cared for every single animal and owner. They took the time in the waiting room to go over medications, questions and concerns with everyone. My heart just melted in delight. You weren't just a dollar sign to them. You can tell they truly care.

We have 2 Dobermans and 2 French Bulldogs and all have their own allergy issues, so we visit the vet frequently. It took a couple of years, but we have found our new favorite Vet Clinic! The entire staff at Sun City West Animal Hospital is kind and pleasant to interact with during visits. The Doctors approach care with common sense and take the time to listen and get to know each pet. Best of all, they provide excellent care for a reasonable fee. Although not the case with my most recent visit, the wait times can be an hour+ (I just plan accordingly) because I know they are worth the wait.

Dr. Giffords is the best Vet we've ever been too. And we've had a lot of pets! He truly loves our dogs, takes his time and is very thorough. He has a competent staff, especially Trevor. Thank you for all your help and compassion with the treatment and care of our dogs!

The doctors were just absolutely wonderful! The nurses and staff were sweet and kind when we had to put our German Shepherd down. I forget the doctors name because it was a very sad day, and I was our first visit there. 2 months later we saw Dr. Gifford for our other German Shepherd for a toe injury. He took his time to address the issue and just loved my dog. He sat on the floor with my dog and comforted him. He even let him lick his face. (My dog was scared to death because it was his first visit to a doctor ever.) He was very compassionate and Easy to talk to. He explained everything and make sure I understood everything. I have never been to a veterinary office like that in my life. It was the best place ever!

New to Sun City West... and I couldn't be happier! Dr. Hugh is amazing. He discussed everything in detail with me regarding my fur baby and put forth a plan to get my pup at 💯. I truly appreciate the caring and kindness we received!! Thank you, Dr. Hugh, Trevor, and the staff, you ROCK!!
