I cannot thank Maverick Veterinary enough. My almost 2-year-old dog, Hondo, jumped out of a moving car window (yes… he Superman’d right out), and at first he seemed okay. But by around 7:30 PM I started worrying something internal could be wrong. I called, and they got us in right away on a Saturday and even though it was later in the evening. The vet was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He examined Hondo, made sure nothing serious was going on, and prescribed medication to help with the pain and inflammation. He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to push anything unnecessary, he genuinely cared and wanted to save us money where he could and left it up to us. I left feeling relieved and so grateful. Hondo is on the mend, and I’m so thankful we had Maverick Veterinary there when we needed help. Highly recommend! 🐾💙

Last week, my 10-year-old dog ate a sock and ended up with a blockage. Dr. Sheldon and the team at Maverick Veterinary Service were absolutely incredible from the moment I called. They got us in right away, and once the obstruction was confirmed, they quickly scheduled her for surgery. Dr. Sheldon took the time to walk me through everything in great detail, every scenario, every step of the procedure, and what to expect. His calm, thorough communication made an extremely stressful situation so much easier to navigate. The surgery went wonderfully, and they truly saved my sweet girl. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism from Dr. Sheldon and his vet techs was nothing short of amazing. Thank you again to Maverick Veterinary Services. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate veterinary team.

Sheldon was AMAZING! We bought a horse from a kill pen that had terrible feet but no one could touch her. He came out and was able to sedate her, get her down and work his magic even though we weren’t in their service area. I’m very thankful they made an exception and a very late night appointment to get her taken care of. Can’t say enough good things.

Absolutely fantastic people, doctor made quick and caring decisions that helped us out in an emergency. The nurse was very nice and attentive to our worries and made sure that our dog was comfortable. 10/10 would 100% recommend them to those looking for a fantastic vet.
