How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Vetco Vaccination Clinic
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Our senior dog Cooper was a patient at the Happy Valley Vetco for nearly 2 yrs. We recently had to make the hard decision to let him go. Dr's. Camp and Gryl always took good care of Cooper. We always felt well informed and we never felt rushed or forgotten. Dr Camp will always have our respect and gratitude for helping us to assist Cooper over the rainbow bridge without pain or fear. We miss Coopy so much but we are truly grateful to this Vetco for their amazing service. Thank you.

This was the first time at this location, the staff was friendly except for the doctor, he was kind of rough, he gave 3 injections and today my cat cannot walk on his left leg, he will not eat either, I was told that I may have to go to an urgent care. She will not even let me touch her; it makes me sad, and I am quite disappointed of their care.

I went to the vaccine clinic back in January with my dog who needed 2 shots. I requested just those 2 and the check in person told me it was the same price for a package. We went in and they gave her the 2 requested shots but not the other shot included in the package. They did charge me the package price, which was $125. Individually the two vaccines total cost $88. As they do not tell you when your pet is being vaccinated which they are giving, I did not realize until I went to check out. They were very busy, and there was a reactive dog who was not being controlled so I decided to just reach out to customer service later. Again, that was in January. I called and emailed. They stated that they did not give her the additional vaccine, but also would not provide a refund for the difference. Because the website says they do not provide refunds. Had I ordered 1 sandwich and been charged for 5, I would be refunded for 4 sandwiches. You can't just put a disclaimer on your website stating you'll charge whatever you want. They would not refund me or allow me to reopen the case. Upon speaking with a rep today, I was told they also gave my dog a dewormer. I did not ask for a dewormer. She was not due for a dewormer. They just decided to do it, as it was part of a package I was told would be the same price as the individual vaccines. So now they've given my dog medication I did not approve or consent to, and their stance is sorry. We don't care. All around terrible experience. Don't bring your pet here because you don't know what they're doing to them to make extra money.
