He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and as a teaching vet there is never a shortage of information as far as diagnosis, treatment or support. We appreciate the significant amount of exam time he spends with us and our animals. We also value the fact that Dr. Starks is always the one to call back with lab results (big or small) always giving us an opportunity to affirm or come up with another strategy and have a clear communication and understanding of treatment or options. The staff here are amazing! They are hands on and explain everything clearly. I knew exactly what was happening with my dog and why. Her after surgery care was top notch and I felt like my dog was in the best hands. They praised her and were spoke with positive affirmation. They loved on my girl just like I do! 100% best vet I've ever been too! Pricing is reasonable and they offer several options for payment! My dog is recovering and doing great thanks to this amazing team!

I was referred to Northern Regional when my dog Missy got sick they got me in same day & even stayed later than needed to make sure she was seen. Missy tested positive for parvo & they were all super helpful and eased my mind as well as provided amazing treatment and thorough at home instructions. They are incredibly afford and i will continue to bring my animals here as well as refer others here! Thank you for helping me save my baby🤍
