My dog and I had an incredible experience with this new veterinary hospital in the neighborhood. I went in with my newly adopted dog who is a bit sensitive/reactive. They were so patient and kind. They worked through my dog's limits while giving us stellar customer service. They weren't rushing us out, they listened to our stories related to our new dog's health/journey, and they even invited us to do happy visits. We worked with his stress levels and indications while giving him space and trying to complete what we needed to do. We actually went in three days back to back to accommodate my pup. I have met two of the doctors, and I've met all of the technicians and receptionists -- everyone is absolutely fantastic! So knowledgable and curious about his history and very willing to coordinate with us. Loved that the receptionist came to us in the room to fulfill the payment, and the medication and paperwork were all delivered in a cute little blue bag like a present! It was so thoughtful. I'll be changing my other dog to this vet and establishing her as a patient as well. Their price points were also incredibly wonderful.

Just visited the new Northern Regional Veterinary Hospital. Amazing facility and staff! Bree up front was super sweet and helpful. The technicians and doctors are all very detailed and organized. Potato Head was not scared, which was amazing because she's normally terrified of Vet visits. Will be back and can't wait to see what it looks like next time while they continue to build! 🐶

Excellent establishment. Doctors are very caring and staff is extremely friendly. I was very impressed with how detail oriented and well organized they are. Boogie Shoes normally is terrified of going to the vet. I could barely get him to leave. Thank you guys! ❤️ 🐶
