Came in for the 1st time last week to bring our new pup for shots and health check. It was really busy when we got there but the got everyone in and out pretty quick. When it was our turn, they were quick but they still took their time explaining everything, answering questions and addressed all our concerns! While paying our puppy started coughing, they took her right back to get checked over and made sure she was good! Puppy was just getting too excited lol So far, everyone here has been great and we are very happy!

Lookout Mountain Veterinary Clinic is one of the few remaining privately owned veterinary clinics in the area; this means the care you receive is between you and veterinary staff, not between you and some corporate share holders. The doctors at Lookout Mountain Veterinary Clinic are very compassionate and put patients first. They are straightforward and tell you honestly if a treatment/procedure/test is worth the money and will add value to the care of your pet. They treat your pet as if it were their own. The front desk staff and vet techs have always been helpful and compassionate. We have been using Lookout Mountain Veterinary Clinic for several years and would highly recommend it to others who love their fur babies like the family members that they are.

Dr. Leibering and the staff at LMVC is absolutely AMAZING. Even though it’s a far drive for me, I would drive 400 miles if I have to for Dr Leibering to treat my animals. They are all very caring and accommodating. I will never ever trust another Vet to care for my animals. Arizona is blessed to have Dr Leibering here. Thank you for everything, especially taking care of Tyson ❤️

Every time that I take my cat to a vet clinic, I think of this horrible place. Because of this, I decided that t am long overdue for sharing my experience. When I took him there for a specific illness, they wanted to vaccinate him to which I declined because he is indoor only. From the point that I stated he is indoor only, My character was attacked by them constantly telling me that the only way that he could’ve contracted his illness was exposure to other pets or being outdoors. It was so uncomfortable that I found myself trying to find the reason to explain to them for how he could’ve contracted it In defense of myself. Fact, I had no idea. But I should’ve never been treated in this manner. I have no reason to lie to those people. And they had no reason for their accusations and attack upon my character by making me out to be a liar. I even explained to them that he was a rescue cat that we believed had experienced some type of trauma because of his anxiety in going outside even when I’m carrying him in my arms. If the door is open, he’ll approach and look out and act very curious, But he never goes outside on his own. And on the few occasions that I have carried him outside, His anxiety and panic is so horrible that he becomes unmanageable in his quest to get inside. This clinic lacks professionalism, and as far as I am concerned, should have no contact with the public at all. They don’t know how to treat people. Furthermore, perhaps they were misdiagnosing him if an indoor cat only should not have contracted the illness they were saying he had. I would never them Recommend them.
