I'm so upset with this facility and it's doctor. About my cat in because he lost so much weight and it was bumps all over his body. I was worried it was cancer. Dr Stillman in a bit of a condescending tone told me it's just pimples see and she had act like she popped one I didn't look up close I just trusted it she did. Approximately 5 months later weight loss continues my cat's acting not like himself and still bumps so I take him to love it we're within 10 seconds of touching him she tells me he has cancer. Answer was going in the stomach she could feel the balls of nastiness. They grow very fast. Have had them removed for months earlier 5 months earlier? Probably. Would they grow back who knows But once they're big as golf balls and she says he only has a weak I challenged that and gave him two and a half by feeding him the most nutritious and protein packed foods so he could get a little of it himself. I had an appointment for my Dora and I was worried about taking her to that doctor but I did put in a complaint to the doctor supervisor. I had to move that appointment because I wanted blood work to make sure she wasn't walking around with cancer or anything else. he had a cold had to reschedule. Months out of course. so In the meantime I rescue a kitten who has ringworm too young to treat orally so only topically when I was trying time to treat orally I brought him in. I left with the prescription for an oral medication which pretty much can only be found in two places It's the highest of the medications money-wise and it's not the most effective. I was also told to use a duo X3 some $25 moose that if you read the label it doesn't mention cats. Then if you look up the ingredients of this product one of them is good but the other can cause some pretty bad side effects and is not recommended for cats at all.. why in the world is she recommending something that is not recommended for cats that's harmful for cats I don't not quite sure why. Could it be because I put in a complaint against her? I talked to someone over the phone about the product being harmful to cats and wondering if maybe that was the case that she knew I put in a complaint and they assured me no their employees wouldn't do that. I then had my door's appointment so I come in I'm the owner of my business an essential healing touch And I'm the sole proprietor employee so when I'm gone I don't make any money. So I took off work to take my cat Dora to her appointment and I had mentioned to the supervisor that I wasn't real thrilled about that being the doctor that there was another doctor there before but she said that was just one time thing and no longer here. I liked her. So anyways I get to my appointment They have no record of it. I'm sitting here trying to prove the appointment as my cast having asthma asthma attacks every 20 minutes and this was told to them. And they say well we can refund you your money and you can reset an appointment I was not happy so I started being vocal in the waiting room and they put me in a room telling me that they get me seen but that was just a quiet me up so nobody would hear since it was a full lobby. They proceeded to tell me that the supervisor canceled my appointment unknown to me and now I had a wasted trip My cat has no help for her asthma I have no blood work for my cat and I have to make an appointment in another facility for a month and a half out. I asked for a number for someone above them not in the facility I think it's been 5 days I haven't heard anything. I understand that money is tight I understand that you love your pets but it saddens me to think that we have to bring our pets to someone who doesn't really care about the animals just because we don't have enough money to pay for the vet visit cuz it's outrageously priced in the private sector. Shame on you veterinarian, You are not brain surgeons and this is a fact! If you have the ability to pay back I would go to love it They offer a little bit down and you can finish for 3 months without any interest that's what I'm going to keep doing

Very kind, patient and understanding of the different reactions pet owners may experience when they have to surrender their pet. They printed me out a page full of "no kill" locations. Which took me from tears to a smile on my face. I was able to feel at peace knowing that he would be placed in another home.

Please drive to 13th avenue and the entrance and parking lot is on the right. They are remodeling the front that we used to entering at. I volunteer here on Fridays. The staff is so friendly and take great care of your pets! Adoptions are back as well next door to the veterinary clinic!

We had to put our cat, Moon, down because she had been getting really sick for a month or so. At the end, she was wobbly, confused, yowling, not eating, etc. We got there and it was fast and easy. I thought it would take longer, and I was dreading it, because for Moon's sake, I just wanted it to be over with. Thankfully, it was quick and while I wasn't in the room while she was put to sleep, the lady that took her seemed gentle and that put me at ease. I hope you're resting peacefully, Moon, and catching up on the sleep that you missed in the last few miserable days.
