We LOVE Dr. Lara!!! Moved back from MN and picked up right where we left off! Doc takes the time to chat about the dogs, how’s it going with the parent, what can she and her staff do to help… all of it. We have quite a bit of a drive from the house, and it’s worth it. Dr. Lara does not rush you out the door, and is very patient with sassy dogs. Thank you Dr. Lara SOSNOWW!!! 🐾

Everyone at Animal Democracy is super sweet and welcoming. Feels like they truly care about your pet and are super compassionate and supportive. They also have a great payment plan option that saved me when I needed it. This is the only place I'd take my cats from now on! Thank you guys for taking care of my baby!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Animal Democracy Pet Urgent Care and Animal Democracy On The Go. They have been there for me and my cats during both one of the most heartbreaking moments of my life and one of the scariest. My beloved 13-year-old cat was diagnosed with metastatic squamous cell carcinoma that had spread to her brain. Making the decision to let her go was absolutely devastating, but Animal Democracy On The Go gave me the greatest gift possible: the ability to say goodbye to her peacefully at home. She was able to remain somewhere familiar, surrounded by love, without the fear and stress of going into a new veterinary clinic. Most importantly, I knew she was no longer suffering or in pain. It was an incredibly compassionate and dignified experience during an otherwise unbearable time. Kayla, the nurse, and Dr. Lara Sosnow were both absolutely amazing with her. Their kindness, compassion, and genuine love for animals were so evident, and I will never forget the care they provided to both my cat and me during that difficult moment. When I later got a new kitten who became critically ill, I immediately knew exactly who to call. My kitten was admitted to their new Animal Democracy Pet Urgent Care for two days for IV fluids, monitoring, and extensive testing. I truly believe they saved my kitten’s life. One thing I especially appreciated about their urgent care model is that they don’t keep pets overnight, which was actually the perfect middle ground for us. My kitten was able to receive intensive medical care, fluids, diagnostics, and close monitoring during the day without the stress of an extended hospitalization. It allowed us to make sure she was recovering appropriately while still bringing her home to be with me overnight. From helping me give my senior cat a peaceful and dignified goodbye to helping save my tiny new kitten, Animal Democracy has been there for me through two completely different but incredibly emotional experiences. The level of compassion, medical expertise, communication, and genuine care they provide is exceptional. I am endlessly grateful to Kayla, Dr. Lara Sosnow, and the entire Animal Democracy team. I trust them completely and would recommend both Animal Democracy Pet Urgent Care and Animal Democracy On The Go to anyone who wants truly compassionate, exceptional veterinary care for their beloved pets. They don’t just care for animals—they care for the people who love them, too.
