The moment I smelled her nail after days of nursing it I knew I had to get her in. The check in process online and getting her in was amazing. They were professional and knew she needed it removed. They wrote her scripts to save me and wrapped her paw perfectly after. The follow up with documentation was top notch. I would take my dogs here for all care not just emergency. Thank goodness I found this place. She never even needed a cone after with the benzocaine and only 2 pain pills. Perfect treatment hands down! The nail trim was worth the extra cost while sedated. I wish I would have got video of the bandage removal to show it’s so worth the $80. They care and it shows. Thank you!

The price was affordable and we did not have to wait long. We found that my dog steped on something and was stung by a wasp or a bee on the pad of his paw, he was experiencing pain. His paw became swollen and they helped him. I highly recommend this place in times of emergency for your pet.

My dog was having UTI symptoms and her usual vet couldn't get her in for several days. Check in was quick and efficient and the staff was super nice. Appreciated the technology in use there, as they were able to email me and our usual vet all of the records from the visit so we can follow up. Pricing was reasonable as well.

The warmth and compassion we immediately received from the vet techs was genuinely inviting and sincere. They provided a sense of ease and comfort ( CARING). I want to extend a my appreciation for Connie for being Awesome, Professional and most of all amazing to our Gizmo. They do their job in such a patient and professional and understanding manner. Hands down this is were you want your fur babies to be seen at. Exceptional care!! Once again thank you to all the staff at urgentVet.

Took my dog here the other night for a skin infection, they immediately checked him out and recognized the problem and did everything they could to help! They sent his paperwork to our main vet as well, very professional. His skin seems to be getting better already! Price was very reasonable for same day visit and it being 10:30 PM! Thank you guys so much for helping Dexter!
