Breed Specific Health Considerations
Some breeds may be more prone to certain health conditions. Early awareness can help with prevention and early treatment.

I was a walk-in client, so I understood that meant I would need to wait. While I waited, the new girl up front offered both me and my dog water which I thought was kind. Eventually, I was offered the opportunity to come back at 4 PM to be seen as an appointee since someone had canceled. When I made it back just before 4, my dog was almost immediately seen and treated. The veterinarian was very kind and thorough. She even went the extra mile for transparency in generating a quote for best and worst-case scenarios in the event my dog would require surgery (which thankfully it doesn't seem to have come to that). At the appointment, their focus was on caring for my dog. Then, AFTER treating him, we discussed payment for service. Thankfully they offered a payment plan since I didn't have $700 to drop on an emergency appointment. Then, this morning, I received a text from the office asking me how my dog was doing. This is the ONLY vet office in Arizona (main metro areas) that I have found that genuinely prioritizes the care of the animal, and for that reason, I would absolutely recommend this veterinary office to my family and friends, and anyone else with a furry, four-legged family member.

Definitely a very good hospital for your pets . Dr Olsen and her wonderful team saved my Rat Terriers Lexie and Riley's life . They both got parvo and with the help of Dr. Olsen they are now just fine . Thanks again Dr. Olsen

I have brought two of my pets to this vet and both visits I have been happy! I called around and they had one of the lowest exam fees. Other vets were booking appointments months out but Signal Butte Animal Hospital was able to get me in within days! The staff is always friendly and helpful! I will continue using this location for any future needs! I hope it’s ok I added a picture of Jace with staff members during his check up!

This place has compassionate staff. They are thorough and do a great job at explaining procedures and prices. We have had to euthanize two of our pets, and they made the experience as painless and compassionate as possible. They are overpriced in comparison to other veterinarians, but they do provide in-house financing that most vets don't provide.

Dr. Olsen and the staff provided great care for our puppy, Peanut. (He’s 8+/- but he’s our puppy) They are compassionate and knowledgeable. We had been dealing with a sick pet for days and although we have yet to see a fully recovered puppy he is very, very much improved. Thank you for what you do.
