I brought my cat in for the free checkup and thought “doc” was gonna check her over properly. I assumed they’d let me know if she was healthy overall, but they didn’t even weigh her, and the printed sheet didn’t say anything either. It felt like they didn’t really do a real exam at all. Honestly, I think because it was free, that’s why it was so rushed. I probably should’ve just paid if it meant actually getting a proper check of my cat.

Everyone there is so kind. I never feel stressed about leaving my dog for a couple hours at a time when he's being seen by the vet. They explained in detail everything that they found so that you understand and leave with all the confidence in the world that they're going to take care of your pet

I showed 5-10 min early,they took my cat in. I wanted him ck,for reasons I didn’t know for. There were several reasons,they gave me answers to solve the problems.only 1 problem can be solved at a time.But they made sure the worst 1 could be handled w/meds. I will take my cat back in a wk later. I was very happy w/ service, & there concern of my cat.not my $$

Heartless and soulless. I took my pet in for a regular check up a couple days ago and the nicest person there was the receptionist. The others don’t look like they enjoy what they do. Also once they had my pet for a “drop off” and it was for 7 hours.

Genie picked up the phone after hours and talked me through options for treatment and scheduled an appointment. She never sounded rushed or that I was bothering her. Top notch 👌
