Dr. Hatch and his team have been providing excellent, professional, and compassionate care, to our pets for many years. We greatly appreciate and would like to thank his entire staff, with special thanks to 'Aunt Betty,' Lorena, Arianne, Emily, and Annette, for your welcome smiles, and your compassion. Just a little tearful now thinking about the recent loss of our little girl Soda Pop. We wouldn't have entrusted her care to anyone else, and you'll continue to see our precious Pony Boy, though we hope not too often.

I just can’t say enough about Dr. Hatch and Palm Valley Animal Clinic!!! They are theeeeee nicest and caring people to humans and animals!! They have helped us with our senior kitties, going the least invasive roots in order to keep our kitties healthy and happy without extreme measures. It’s hard to find people that don’t charge you an arm and a leg and jump to the largest paycheck procedure (I know from past visits before finding PVAC many years ago at this point) and also can put your animal under more distress. Dr. Hatch and staff is who helped us say goodbye to our dear Waxy two years ago making our experience just a bit easier. We are blessed Kuma isn’t at that stage and that we have a safe, caring, warm place to go for check ups, treatments and peace of mind. If you are an energy based person, know this is a calming space with a very high vibrational, highly empathetic, kind place!! There is a reason they won best animal hospital in the West! I can attest to this! Thanks Palm Valley!!!!!🐈🐱🐈⬛🐕🐶🐩

Highly recommend! Thought they might be pricey due to location but shopped around & they were same or lower than others. They spend time answering any & all questions. It's always been a pleasant experience.

The doctors and staff here are the very best. I have always taken my babies there and recommended them to anyone who asks. They have been very kind and compassionate when taking care of my fur family members.
