All the staff were great when we were in need, our little ol dog was 21 and not eating or drinking for the last couple of days and then his breathing went very shallow so we knew it was time to let him go. We called and they got us in that same day and Handful is not suffering anymore and probably hanging out with the other dogs he grew up with

My princess wasn't feeling good for 3 days. I called and they got her in right away. The doctor was so amazing. She took time to explain Violet's problem. She gave me options and explained each of them. I was so devastated when I brought her in. When I left I felt completely confident in the doctor to care for Violet. She will need hip surgery and there is no one I would trust more. Thank you!

This place is the best ever, they treated my dog Precious 💕 with total love, you can see they really care. The whole staff was very nice. Precious was very sick worse than I thought. I had been taking her to another Pet Hospital but they didn't think she was sick enough to be scene so I called Advanced Animal Care and they took her that day. They did find an infection really bad and because of it her kidneys weren't working good. She hadn't eaten for 5 days and even keeping her overnight her kidneys didn't improve at all, I had to say goodbye to my sweet Precious 💕 on Wednesday, November 23rd, the day before Thanksgiving. The staff were so caring and were with me step by step. Precious is at peace now but it hurts, I had her for "9" years. I totally recommend Advanced Animal Care. Please never go to North Pet Hospital, I am convinced that by them not seeing Precious, that is why she died. Thank you Advanced Animal Care for trying to keep her alive and loving her. You deserve more than 5 Stars.

After having a horrible experience with a vet who put my dog in a really awful situation. We started to lose trust in the veterinary office choices we had. I called into Advanced Animal Care and they got us in pretty fast, and scheduled my pup for a surgery as soon as they possibly could. I was very nervous we would look like bad pet owners due to the negligence of our last vet. But after we explained our circumstances they were so kind to us and my dog started to warm up to them in the end. Thank you to the whole staff for being so understanding and kind to us. Its made a difficult and emotional time a bit more bearable.
