I don’t want to spill the beans on how awesome this place is. But I have to. The staff here are top notch. Friendly. Caring. And professional. As long as you don’t mind waiting in line and waiting for a callback you will love this place. This is an animal place not a people place. So don’t expect great treatment. They save that for the animals. Such nice people w fast efficient service for us and superior clean capable service for your dog or cat. Two of my animals have been treated here. Two neutered and chipped dogs. One French bulldog nose job. The prices are almost unbelievable. My 7 month old French bulldog was neutered, chipped, and had stenotic nares surgery. Medications and all. Total price was $312. Yes! Really. The cost is great. But the care, skill and animal needs are beyond expectation.

Great prices for spay and neuter. I’ve taken all 4 of my pets there. 2 dogs and 2 cats. I will continue to use them. My regular vet recommended them and I was very happy she did.

The spay and neuter clinic was a great alternative to paying the very high prices our vet quoted us. Our total ended up saving us over 50% of the price of our vets low quote. The staff was knowledgeable and worked us through as quickly as possible. It is busy and you need to be prepared that it is not a short check in time. If I did not have my current schedule that could have caused us problems but worked. I waited approximately an hour from checking in to our kitten being taken back to get her exam. The pros are a knowledgeable staff and better pricing the cons are long waits and not as personal of service as I find at my vet due to the nature of doing this service in bulk. I would return for spaying or neutering but will continue to see my vet for vaccines.

The receptionists are very nice, however, their techs lack experience and the vet is very rude. When they trimmed my pet's nails they made her bleed alot. Not only that, what's devastating is that we got her vaccinated at this place. My pet had horrible side effects and just passed away. We called and called the office and they never answered. We took her to an animal hospital but it was too late. I don't believe animals should be getting vaccinated on a yearly basis. Especially if they are older animals. I agree with the other reviews.

I went to get my female cat spayed here about a week ago. The wait was very long but that’s expected with the pricing. What was not expected was their unwelcoming manner and attitude. I come here to trust someone with my cats life and they give me untrustworthy attitude. When I finally got called in from the waiting room she told me the general stuff, the pricing and then that there would be an additional $16 charge because so she said “I learned from the doctor that once a cat goes into heat they’ll always be in heat unless spayed or pregnant” that is not a fact but I wasn’t going to argue because it’s already an affordable price for the whole procedure ($74). I asked about pain medication and a cone, the lady told me they don’t give cats cones because they’re predatory animals. I thought that was odd because I’ve never heard a vet say that, but she reassured me it would be fine. I had not many other options but to trust her judgement. But lo and behold 5 days later my cat has an infection and she would clean the infected area, the stitches came out fairly easy. My cat had a gaping whole for 2 days. I called the clinic 6 times all at different time of the day, they never answered. I tried again the next day again multiple times and they neglected to follow through with their promised free checkup though they don’t answer their phone calls for 2 whole days. So my only option is to call the recommended emergency vet number on their voicemail. Upon my visit to this emergency vet they told me it was odd that they didn’t give my cat a cone. My cat is currently home recovering from the infection WITH a cone. It cost me $357.14 just to fix what happened after visiting “spay and neuter clinic”. They also stated that my cat had a whole bunch of bruises between her legs not where the incision was made but right below it. Who knows if the bruising is from the surgery itself or from them poking at the wrong area during surgery, but the bruising was there after I went to that place. My cat is in a clean calm environment. She’s not under any stress or visible discomfort when she arrives at home, she has a healthy wet food diet, supplements and plenty of fresh running water. Also limited activity. So the blame is entirely on this clinic. I wouldn’t recommend if you want to have your pet in trustworthy hands.
