How to Save on Veterinary Costs at LifeCare Animal Hospital
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

We take our 2 dogs and 2 cats to the vets at LifeCare Animal Hospital. All of the staff, including the front desk, have always been so kind, cheerful, and helpful. I appreciate their thoughtful customer service and animal focused approach. They always work extra hard to make my pets feel comfortable and even special! I love that they call and check in after appointments where my dog has had a shot, just to make sure that they are feeling OK and don’t have any side effects.

Absolutely fantastic vet and people here. I have 9 year old boxer mix and a brand new 6 month old French Bulldog, and they both get such great attention and care from the staff here.

In and out quickly. My puppy was not stressed and loved visiting her Doctor as well as the office staff. They made us both feel welcome and provided a lot of great information about a growing puppy!

I really love all of the vets at this practice and drive a little out of my way for the best care. Dr. Barnett always takes a lot of time with us to discuss questions/concerns. Staff is really great! Highly recommend.

Lifecare is staffed by truly lovely and knowledgeable folks. They previously cared for my 2 senior cats and are now supporting me through raising a kitten. They're patient and wonderful with fluffier family members!
